Nisus will take a few seconds to do the conversion, and will then ask you if you want to display the converted text in the Times font. Open the document you want to convert, and choose the relevant item > UC from the Macro menu.You can also drag the full folder of macros there, it will appear as a submenu under "Macro". The macro then becomes immediately available in the Macro menu, with the name " > UC". Drag the file or files you want into the folder. In Nisus, choose Open Macro folder in the Macro menu.Place those you intend to use to NisusWriter's Macros folder, thus: The Nisus macros can be used only with NisusWriter Pro under OS X, not with NisusWriter Express or NisusWriter Classic. Currently, I have two sets, covering the same fonts and with pretty much the same functionality, one for NisusWriter Pro, the other for Microsoft Word. These are macro files, and thus made for the particular programs that allow you to use macros for such conversion purposes. This is provided for trial and personal use with no guarantees (although those that I have been able to test, worked for me). I have gathered information for about 40 old ("legacy") fonts for transliterating Arabic or Semitic text, and have made some macros for converting these characters to Unicode equivalents.
